As a folk herbalist and Ravenstail Weaver, Annemarie has a passion for growing and wild harvesting plants for nutrition, medicine, & product creation. This obsession started at a young age, when exploring the gardens and forests of her childhood in Minnesota. Living in Skagway for the past 20 years, has allowed her to explore and tend to the local ecosystem of the Northern Lynn Canal; while alchemizing organic and sustainably harvested plants into a successful small business, Glacial Naturals. Working with the utmost respect for the flora, fauna, and the energetics of the plants and the land, she is an ardent steward of the unceded Tlingit territory she lives, grows, and harvests on.
