All local creators that make or produce their products within the Borough of Skagway are encouraged to apply for membership to the Made in Skagway program. Upon acceptance into the Made in Skagway program, members receive a profile on the Made in Skagway website, advertising & marketing support, and, most importantly, may identify their product/s as being “Made in Skagway” by using the Made in Skagway certification mark. The mark is a registered certification mark held by the Skagway Development Corporation (SDC).


Local retailers who carry products from registered Made in Skagway members are eligible to become official Made in Skagway vendors. This includes a listing on our website, inclusion in our Made in Skagway shopping map, and use of the Made in Skagway certification mark. Please see the Member Information Packet for more details.

Creators, businesses, and vendors should carefully review the Member Information Packet before applying, and review yearly for changes to perks or qualifications.

New Members

If you are one of Skagway’s many local creators, or a vendor who sells local work, and would like to become a member of the Made in Skagway program. Download the fillable New Member Application Packet and submit it with $40 fee ($20 application fee + $20 Annual Membership Due) to the Skagway Development Corporation. Membership is valid until December 31st of the current year.

Renewing Members

If you are currently one of the Made in Skagway members (creator or vendor) and need to renew your membership. Download the fillable Annual Membership Application and submit it and the $20 Annual Membership Due to the Skagway Development Corporation by December 31st.
